I am from Chicago and I have been to Scott's school once or twice a year for the last five years. I have also been to several other of the big name schools you see in the magazines. I can honestly say that no coach I've worked with can take a trick and break it down into step by step basics the way Scott does. His approach makes beginner tricks become natural instinct, and builds on those developed instincts to make the more advanced tricks a lot easier. The biggest compliment I can give him is I keep returning year after year, and since this is not a job for Scott, but a very passionate way of life, the biggest reward he gets from me is witnessing the continuous improvement in my riding skills. He also always returns my calls when I'm stuck on a trick and can't make it to Florida (try that somewhere else). To sum it up I'd say if you want to talk to your friends about your wakeboard school experience, go to one of the big name schools that they'll be impressed with. If you want to show your friends on the water about your wakeboard school experience, go see Scott.
